Nicholas Metropulos
Nicholas MetropulosExecutive Director
Nicholas Metropulos was born in Boca Raton, Florida. He is currently enrolled at Hellenic College/Holy Cross in Brookline, MA. Nicholas has received multiple local and national awards for his outstanding community service and has served on the SeaWorld Youth Advisory Council. As Executive Director of F4FN, Nicholas is responsible for the management and development of all programs.
Erica Allen
Erica AllenRegional Director
After finishing her undergraduate degree at The University of Rhode Island in marine affairs and communications, Erica went on to get her Masters of Professional Science (MPS) from The University of Miami-RSMAS, focusing in marine conservation. As a masters candidate, she wrote her thesis on how to create a global awareness campaign about the effects of the tuna industry. She also traveled to Nicaragua and designed an outreach plan utilizing international techniques for the conservation of marine resources, specifically issues of bomb fishing and empowering women in the local fishing communities.

Erica’s studies have taken her to Australia, Fiji, Washington D.C., Florida, Colorado, and to the Georgia Aquarium to enhance her knowledge and experience about marine conservation, policy, and advocacy. Most recently, Erica will be an Expedition Leader traveling to Belize with National Geographic Student Expeditions to teach marine and tropical ecology. As Regional Director of F4FN, Erica is responsible for responsible for a variety of significant activities including internal operations, curriculum analysis and development, oversight of local programs, and potential site expansion.

Ethan Rossler
Ethan RosslerBoca Raton Program Director
Ethan Rossler was born in Boca Raton, Florida. He is a senior at Saint Andrew’s School in Boca Raton. He plans to study business management or accounting upon attending college. Ethan is an avid fisherman who is passionate about the outdoors. He works as a lifeguard instructor for the American Red Cross and is the president of the Aquatics Club at his high school. As Program Director of F4FN, Ethan is responsible for all marine conservation programs in Boca Raton, FL.
Koby Krinsky
Koby KrinskyMiami Program Director
Koby Krinsky was born in Miami Beach, Florida. He is currently a junior at Ransom Everglades High School. Upon attending college, he would like to study civil engineering with a focus in business. Koby has been fishing for as long as he can remember, and has always had an interest in community service. In the past, Koby has volunteered for multiple organizations including: Achieve Miami, JAFCO (Jewish Adoption and Family Care Options), and Teach for America. As Program Director of F4FN, Koby is responsible for all marine conservation programs in Miami, FL.
Trident Nottingham
Trident NottinghamDirector of South Florida Fish Donations
Trident Nottingham was born in Boca Raton, Florida and resides in Wellington, Florida. He is currently a junior at Saint Andrew’s School. Trident is an avid fisherman, and enjoys spending the majority of his free time on the water. He has chosen to give back to his local community by leading F4FN’s Fishing Tournament Waste Reduction Program. As the Director of South Florida Fish Donations, Trident is responsible for organizing and leading efforts to collect, clean, and donate freshly caught fish from tournaments in South Florida.
